⚠️ Important: We Are Not a Government Helpdesk
We are an independent guide, not affiliated with any government body. We cannot help with individual technical support for the mParivahan application (OTP issues, account lockouts, etc.), process transactions, or intervene in disputes with traffic police or RTOs. For official support, call the NIC helpline at 1800-1200-420 or visit parivahan.gov.in.

Our Response Time Commitment
We read every message we receive. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, Indian Standard Time). Reports of factual inaccuracies are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours. During particularly busy periods or holiday seasons, responses may take slightly longer, but we never ignore messages.
What We Can Help With
- Questions about our guide: If something in our article is unclear or you'd like more detail about a specific feature or scenario, we're happy to elaborate.
- Reporting errors or outdated information: If you've found something that's incorrect or no longer current, please let us know. We take accuracy seriously and will update content promptly.
- Sharing your experience: We love hearing from other users. If you've had an experience with the application that differs from what we've described — especially in states or cities we haven't covered — your input helps us improve the guide.
- Suggestions for new content: If there's a topic or feature you'd like us to cover in more depth, let us know.
- General feedback: Whether you found the guide helpful or think we missed something important, we value your perspective.
What We Cannot Help With
We want to set clear expectations so you're not disappointed:
- Individual technical support: We cannot help with OTP problems, account lockouts, document sync issues, or other technical problems with the application itself. For these, contact the official NIC helpline at 1800-1200-420 or use the in-app support feature.
- Government services: We cannot process driving license applications, vehicle registrations, challan payments, or any other government transaction. Visit parivahan.gov.in for official services.
- Legal advice: We are not lawyers and cannot provide legal counsel. If you have a legal question about digital document validity or a challan dispute, please consult a qualified legal professional.
- Intervention with authorities: We cannot intervene in disputes with traffic police, RTOs, or any government body.
